Class 12: Judicial Review

Other than linguistic meaning and mental content, the main application of interpretivity in contemporary analytic philosophy has been in jurisprudence.  This week we will look at what the theory of interpretive objects might add to our jurisprudential understanding of judicial review.

The main assigned reading for today’s class is chapter 7 of Interpretive Objects.
